Business Development Executive - Interior Design (Petaling Jaya)

Job Scope

• Develop, refine and execute repeatable sales p
• Achieve growth and hit sales target
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Self-recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales personnel.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understand customer’s needs.
• Provide professional advice on space planning & design conceptualization to client.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Work closely with Procurement/Quantity Surveyor team, Design team and Project team to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Contribute to office initiatives, activity and philanthropy efforts.
