Techinical Engineer (Petaling Jaya)

1.0 RESPONSIBILITY:

1.1 Handle preliminary design, design development and detail design.

1.2 Prepare design and technical documentation for tender submission.

1.3 Attend, manage, make presentation and coordinate meetings with client, consultants and contractors.

1.4 Handles multiple project deadlines for pre and post contract.

1.5 Handle detailing and working drawings.

1.6 Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

1.7 To perform other works as and when instructed by superior.

1.8 To ensure the Integrated Management Systems procedures are implemented.

2.0 QUALIFICATION:

2.1 Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

3.0 EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIRED:

3.1 Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

3.2 Minimum 5 years’ experience in design and/or construction in handling high rise building / mixed development / residential / industrial projects.

3.3 Good knowledge in Structural Design Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft office, etc.

3.4 Conversant with local design codes, regulations and specification.

3.5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.6 Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional).
