Job Desciption
- Overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedule, cashiering, food supplies, maintenance & administrative operations.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff, as well as maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety in the dining area.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
- Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
Requirements & qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B service
- At least Diploma in any related fields.
- Able to work in team & humble in interacting with customers.
- Punctual & committed to work assigned.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Able to work in high pressure
- Self-motivation
