Locations:
- PENANG: Tanjung Tokong, Bayan Lepas, Bukit Mertajam
- KUALA LUMPUR: Mid Valley City

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guests’ needs promptly and provide professional customer service.
  • Handle all reception matters
  • Arrange and follow up guests’ treatment appointments.
  • Perform daily administrative work and keep all data up to date.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and handle stock management.

Requirements:
- Preferably with minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Languages required: English, Malay, Mandarin
- Able to work on shift, OT, weekends and public holidays

- Good communication skills, computer literate

- Well groom and good personality

- Willing to relocate between outlets when neccessary
