Locations:

PENANG: Tanjung Tokong

Responsibilities:

  • Process all administrative work for the sales team, update databases and customer records. 
  • Prepare reports and monitor sales efforts
  • Involve in sales event preparation and setup
  • Follow up with sales ambassador & customer for info/ documents compilation
  • Perform customer service functions
  • To undertake any ad hoc task assigned by superior / management from time to time

 Requirements:

  • Preferably with 1 year relevant experience.
  • Languages required: English, Malay, Mandarin
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills, computer literate
  • Well groom and good personality
  • Willing to travel between different branches, subject to travel outstation during weekends
