Responsibilities:
- Process all administrative work for the sales team, update databases and customer records.
- Prepare reports and monitor sales efforts
- Involve in sales event preparation and setup
- Follow up with sales ambassador & customer for info/ documents compilation
- Perform customer service functions
- To undertake any ad hoc task assigned by superior / management from time to time
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience.
- Languages required: English, Malay, Mandarin
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills, computer literate
- Well groom and good personality
- Willing to travel between different branches, subject to travel outstation during weekends
