Quantity Surveyor (Sri Petaling)

Responsibilities:-

- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to main contractor in stipulated time frame.
- Attend site meeting.
- Monitor and follow up with design of construction, memo, variation order, final account and any related materials are well recorded and claimed.
- Any other task assigned by the superior.
- Attentive and details oriented.
- Working days: 5 days (Monday to Fri); 1/2 day (Saturday); (office & site).

Requirements:

• Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD (Compulsory), MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
• Able to read and understand architecture drawings.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Possess own transport.
• No work experience/ fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
