- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions including recruitment, foreign workers’ matters, payroll processing, training and development, industrial relations etc.
- Assist to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promote safe working environment
- Asist to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist to handle foreign worker administration matter – Permit & passport renewal, FOMEMA, MYEG & Hostel.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM/STPM in HR with 2 years working experience.
- Familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Malaysia regulations.
- Working knowledge of employment law, HR Functions and HR best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer applications and Times software
- Must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan (Arab Malaysian Industrial Park)
