Job Description
Recruitment:
Develop and drive effective recruitment strategies to hire talented and qualified retail experienced candidates. This may include job posting optimization, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current roles for the retail business unit.
Identify as well as build relationships and network with the result-driven and passionate candidate in the market (retail) whilst managing their career search and personal aspirations.
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source, develop a talent pool.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including assessments, interviews and job offers.
Training:
Boost a retail mind-set and behaviour through training initiatives.
Develop innovative and solution-oriented retail training initiatives/tools to optimize retail processes and consistency that drive dynamic retailing, commerciality, customer centricity, customer experience and sustainable growth.
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet retail business/concept store needs.
Consistently engage in one-on-one reviews with employees on the selling floor to maximize performance – sales.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
More than 5 year(s) of working experience in the related filed (retails) is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must be willing to travel outstation for recruitment and training.
