Management Trainee (Johor Bahru)

A management trainee works under the supervision of Managers and Executives in the hotel. The Management Trainee goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future manager in a particular field such as Operations.

You will have the opportunity to learn all the departments’ daily operation in the shortest time possible with the guidance and one-to-one buddy system with all Department Heads.

In addition, two years agreement with high basic salary will be offered
