Responsible for the effective execution of the company’s post-sales customer service and engineering support activities, including maintaining a clear feedback channel with customers, and ensure a close coordination amongst pre-sales, account managers, procurement, logistics and product management team, to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in all deployed projects. Detailed activities comprising:
- Ensure customer service operations are performed in an efficient and effective manner within dateline, in adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Responsible for preparation of assigned projects, including facilities and layout requirements, and actual facility renovations.
- Provide professional support to resolve technical issues, including carrying out of troubleshooting and general repair work to also reduce corrective maintenance, and the maintenance and upkeeping of equipment and facilities of deployed projects.
- Responsible for accurate and prompt update of customer’s details and information to database.
Position requirements:
- Experience and Education: at least a SPM (or equivalent).
- Personality: sense of ownership, responsibility, being proactive, details-oriented, logical thinking and effective planning, being a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest. Good telephony and email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication skills.
- Language: proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
- Travel requirement: possess own transport, willing to travel locally or outstation.
- IT Literacy: familiar with Microsoft office Excel, Word
