Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (Gambang)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will support and oversee our hospitality online marketing programs to acquire data performances on all marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing communication manager, graphic designer, sales director to plan, buy, and optimize targeted campaigns to deliver direct response and brand awareness goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and front office manager to ensure quality lead delivery and establish a constant feedback loop. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Identify and strategize digital marketing initiatives. Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across multiple existing online channels (Facebook, Instagram, G+, LinkedIn, Mail chimp etc) and evaluate and other opportunistic third-party platforms/sponsorships.
• Leverage marketing automation tools, manage audience, streamline campaign dashboards, track marketing tasks and ensure workflows/programs are running smoothly,
• Develop acquisition and budget forecasts to assist with spend optimization decisions.
• Evaluate market trends and compile detailed competitor analysis (marketing tactics, offers, positioning, etc) and creative audits (marketing campaigns, landing pages, etc) to inform strategy and testing.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate the results into actionable insights and recommendations to achieve team targets.
• Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Ensure good website traffic and leads for company products and services
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword Research, image optimization etc.)
