Spa Therapist (Gambang)

1. To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the spa.

2. To perform opening and closing procedures established for Spa Centre as assigned.

3. To be able to explain and recommend all treatments on the spa packages to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.

4. Must impart correct information & advise to the guest on the various treatment packages.

5. To perform professional massage service to guests as and when required.

6. To communicate with guests during treatment to adjust massage techniques as required.

7. Must be able to advise the guest on the benefits of the treatments.

8. Maintaining detailed records of treatments performed on each spa guest.

9. To do cleaning and sanitizing work areas, change linens after every treatment and reset the room for next treatment. Ensure treatment room and products are cleaned and tidy after each treatment.

10. Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies, reduce spoilage and wastage.
