Commis III

Assist senior chef with the task related to cooking, food preparation, cleaning to ensure that a kitchen's operations run smoothly.
Duties:
- Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
- continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
- Measure, mixes and prepare meal ingredients (Mise en Place)
- Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary

Location: Lebuhraya Tun Razak, 26300 Gambang, Pahang, Malaysia.
