Job Description

Account Executive [Petaling Jaya | Full Set of Account]

Working hours : 8am – 6pm

Working Days : 5 days

Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivable functions
  • Prepare royalty billings and monitor monthly royalty collection and debts recoveries
  • Monitor, control and resolve creditors' ledger in any outstanding payables and inherited problems on due outstanding.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, petty cash claims, salesperson & Director's Claims.
  • Calculate sales or agents' commission.
  • Ensure proper filing of all documents and ensure they are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standards.
  • Arrange an audit for the internal stock count.
  • Monitoring company group insurance, liase with insurance agents.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year’s working experience
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
  • Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in PJ areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
