Job Description

  • Valid motorcar and motorcycle Driving Licence with good driving skills track record.
  • Have own Motorcycle for despatch work.
  • Clean driving record and familiar with Klang Valley and outstation routes.
  • Willing to work outstations and overtime including weekends, late nights and public holidays when necessary.
  • To undertake Driving duties from MD.
  • To act as personal driver and execute tasks assigned.
  • Ensure safety and comply with all road and traffic rules while on duty.
  • Exercise safe driving at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness and prompt maintenance of vehicles provided.
  • Ensure vehicles in good and safe condition.
  • No previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offences.
  • To report any vehicle problems or defects immediately and arrange repair soonest possible with prior Employer's approval.
  • Carry out any tasks assigned by MD.
  • Discharge despatch duties assigned - go to banks, post office,

Government Depts., deliver office documents, collection, run errands

as and when required.

  • Preferably with basic computer skills.
  • Perform documents filing.

Requirement

  • Passed SPM.
  • Min. 5 years experience as Personal Driver/Despatch Clerk.
  • Good BM and English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Physical fit with good observation skills and Mental good health.
  • Responsible, good working attitude, disciplined, committed, honest and pleasant personality.
  • Punctual when reporting to work.
  • Good time management skill.
  • Preferably non-smoker.
