Job Description

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years working experience             

Give input into the design of building construction to ensure that facilities are able to be delivered in the most effective way.

Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for mechanical services

Ensuring the basic mechanical facilities are well-maintained

Managing mechanical works budgets and ensuring cost- effectiveness

Allocating and managing mechanical usage in construction

Ensuring that mechanical facilities meet construction specifications

Advising construction progress on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Salary Range - RM4,000 - RM4,600 per month

Malaysian citizen ONLY with own transportation and valid driving license (B2/D)
