Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and expediting orders for supplier.
  • Verifying receipt of supplier.

SKILLS

  • Proven work history in officer or similar environment
  • Basic communication skills, administrative writing¬†
  • Positive attitude
  • Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Some OT and weekend work may be required

WORKING HOURS

MON-FRIDAY : 08:00AM to 6:00PM

SATURDAY : 08:00AM to 01:00PM

SUNDAY : REST DAY
