Job Description

  • Responsible for 360 degrees of recruitment process for all the positions particularly in IT and E-Commerce
  • Perform sourcing via traditional and digital platforms
  • Organise and participate actively in Career Fairs, Job Carnivals and HR networking sessions
  • Build employer branding and maintain competitive recruitment strategy
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews and design suitable tests for each vacancies
  • Updated with latest recruitment trends and familiar with industry and/or market remuneration package by participating actively in salary/benefits survey
  • Coordinate new staff onboarding and smooth offboarding process
  • Develop effective retention strategy and build good networks with active and passive potential talent

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of recruitment experiences in especially in IT recruitment
  • Malaysian, Chinese-educated and age below 35
  • Preferably Senior Executive who can work independently
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or its equivalent
  • Self-motivated in a team-based environment with strong initiative and enthusiasm
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
