Job Description

Qualification/Experience

  1. Diploma with 2 years of office administrative experience or a Degree
  2. Able to speak in Malay and some basic English

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all owners files are properly file in running sequence in accordance with respective blocks and units no.
  2. Ensure that daily collection tally with official receipts.
  3. Ensure that access cards/car stickers/car park rentals/owners/tenants particulars are properly recorded and maintained.
  4. Ensure that all current contract agreements of service provider are properly filed.
  5. To report any complain from resident in the daily morning briefing.
  6. To contact owners/tenants of outstanding more than 3 months of maintenance/water charges.
  7. To prepare payment vouchers
