Job Description

- Assist Operation Executive in coordination of all reservations of properties.

- Provide excellent guest services including F&B services in property.

- Responsible for housekeeping of property.

- Ensure guest satisfactory needs are met during guest stay. 

- Assist on maintenance of property.

- Manage property security system. 

- Handle and administer the guest feedback system.

Job Requirement :

- Candidates with SPM/STPM.

- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry, preferably in Room or F&B Service.

- Able to work with minimum supervision.
