Job Description

OBLIGATION:          

Internal Customers:–

Ensuring that all products and services that are relevant to the housekeeping department are in 100% working condition

External Customers –

Ensure that rooms and related areas are cleaned 100% to the exacting demands of our guests

Defects in the rooms are to be rectified immediately before the customer experience

Ensure that every guest leaves satisfied by providing prompt consistent, efficient and smooth
anticipation to the customer at all times.

PRODUCTS PRODUCED:   

Clean bed / bedding / bathroom and room free of defects

Excellent service standards at all times

Ensure confidentiality of guest stay

Customer experience through personalized service

PEOPLE YOU SERVE:           Internal and External customers
