- Handling of inquiry from Dealers on Spare Parts number & pricing.
- Handling of return parts from respective Dealers & Branches.
- Releasing of back order to both Dealers & Branches.
- Ensure that all jobs (WIP) are closed accordingly.
- Identify EPC Part Number with local content part number.
- Handling of Export Order & Inquiry.
- Assist in Dealers outstanding payment collection.
- To assist in any project related in the parts operations as at when required.
- Any other task to be performed instructed by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SKM Certificates in Automotive field (Level 1, 2 or 3) or its equivalent qualification.
- Effective Communication - Good command of written and spoken English
- Effective interpersonal skills and a team player
- Proficiency in computer software
