Job Description

* Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on PCs, laptops, workstations and printers

* Supported IT Projects with end-to-end system solutions

* Built and configured customized machines for new hires and replacements for existing users

* Managing, monitoring health checks, perform testing/analysis for server, desktop and IT infrastructure

* Establish contacts with vendors/partners

* Assist in disaster recovery solutions, preventive maintenance

* Configure Routers/ Network Switches

* Knowledge LAN/WAN

* Troubleshoot complex issues, via remote access tools, relating to installation, configuration and functional /technical support of software and hardware

* Provide preventative maintenance on currently installed network and security devices

* Assisting in network & system scripting

* Assisting other team members for project network & Security project implementation

* Assisting in Project documentation work
