ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Compile database.
2. Equipped with the right product knowledge.
3. Planning on recruitment on daily/weekly/monthly.
4. Implement plans on daily basis as making cold calls and potential calls.
5. Meeting students for closing.
6. Handling online enquiries & walk in enquiries efficiently. Ths consider the potential students as they have shown the interest in our program.
7. Able to handle challenges such as student complaints. Overcome with the right method and replaced with alternate solutions.
8. Register and collect relevant document to be submitted for admission and PTPTN application.
9. Provide daily "TO DO" list to Head & Sales and Marketing Mgr.
10. Update Head & Sales and Marketing Mgr on daily performance and challenges faced in recruitment.
11. Assist students to admission department to active their application and proceed to class.
12. Engage with student affairs department when required.
13. Work closely with existing students to get some contacts of their friends as able to promote student intro student rebate.
14. Involved in marketing events actively.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in the related field
  • Minimum 1 year or more relevant experience preferred in business development, marketing, or related field
  • Having complete knowledge and expertise in the field of work. 
  • Good administrative capabilities along with standard communication skills. 
  • Able to work with people and in teams. 
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure. 

LANGUAGES ABILITIES (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN): 

  1. English : (Excellent)
  2. Bahasa Melayu : (Above-average)
