- Provide customer support through Live-chat / Email Correspondence Positions – To handle customers’ enquirers and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally.
- Inbound Call Positions – To handle all inbound call pertaining customers’ enquiries and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally based on knowledge acquired through product and continuous improving training.
- Participate in additional training courses as and when required.
- Adhere to company’s rule and regulations throughout the entire employment service.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Proficient in English + (Malay/ Mandarin/ Tamil/ Cantonese)
- Malaysian nationality
- Own OKU card by the government
- Able to work on shift if necessary
- Able to speak, listen and process information clearly
- Minimum education is SPM
- Basic computer literacy
- No illness that would need the candidate to undergo medical or physical check-up regularly
