Customer Service Executive x 20 - Opportunity for own OKU card @ Bayan Lepas (REF:EL)

  • MYR 2000 - MYR 2800
  • 5 days working 
  • 9 am to 6 pm

Job Description

  • Provide customer support through Live-chat / Email Correspondence Positions – To handle customers’ enquirers and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally.
  • Inbound Call Positions – To handle all inbound call pertaining customers’ enquiries and requests accurately, promptly, and professionally based on knowledge acquired through product and continuous improving training.
  • Participate in additional training courses as and when required.
  • Adhere to company’s rule and regulations throughout the entire employment service.

Qualification / Requirements:

  • Proficient in English + (Malay/ Mandarin/ Tamil/ Cantonese)
  • Malaysian nationality
  • Own OKU card by the government
  • Able to work on shift if necessary
  • Able to speak, listen and process information clearly
  • Minimum education is SPM
  • Basic computer literacy
  • No illness that would need the candidate to undergo medical or physical check-up regularly
