Job Description

Executive - Internal Audit (Legal background)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide legal advice & assistance to the company in all legal, operational, and contractual matters
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and to keep abreast of applicable laws relating to the company’s’ operations and to advise accordingly to coincide with any appropriate subsequent legal changes
  • Managing litigation files.
  • Liaison with fellow professionals on behalf of Clients, e.g. lawyers, auditors, and government officers
  • Assist/lead in the conducting of legal awareness study group sessions and the drafting of standard operating procedures for regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure all procedure are in accordance with the updated regulations
  • Organise and maintain all legal and audit correspondence appropriately

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Degree holder majoring in Law studies
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in dealing with Finance industry matters
  • Experience in dealing with government regarding law related matters
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Legal knowledge competent

 Salary : RM2,500 to RM3,000 /month
