Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls and customers enquiries over phone, email, and text delivering an excellent level of customer serviceĀ 
  • Resolve all customer queries regarding ordering and payment methods on how to order, modes of payments, promotion code, types of promotions etc
  • Provide product information, pricing details, delivery information to customer by working accordingly together with respective internal departments
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Handle printing and filing of invoices
  • Maintain and monitor the inventory level of office supplies, distribution of office stationeries
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENT

  • At least Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Manager specialized in Customer Service
  • Fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Speaking & Writing)
  • Must demonstrate high level of initiative, integrity, accountability, and drive to the growth of the business
  • Management Skills required
  • Ability to handle escalated case or difficult situations
  • Ability to multitask or involve in adhoc projects

Salary: RM4,000 to RM6,000.00 /month
