- Lead in strategy, conceptualization, planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) for new and existing customers
- Develop, execute, and evaluate new customer acquisition initiatives to driver new customer to purchase on EAMART.COM
- Brainstorm new and innovative campaign concepts and ideas that engage, instil interest and driver purchase of the Company.
- Monitor and conduct accurate, details and timely analysis throughout pre and post campaign period based on sales performance and for new promotion activities.
- Prepare and present monthly sales report with in-depth analysis to derive key insights for business growth and decision making.
- Analyse current market trend, derive market analysis and present reports that clearly define growth opportunities.
- Monitor and track competitor activities and propose possible recommendations
- Work closely with affiliate partners to develop strategy and promotion
- Continuously improve through feedback from customers and execute customer retention and loyalty activities
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, 2 years of digital marketing and media planning experience
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Experience from FMCG/ Telco/ e-commerce industry
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Able to demonstrate measurable results from previous work experience in marketing
- Results-oriented in tracking progress and performance against department and company priorities
Salary: RM5,000 to RM7,000.00 /month
