Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle accounting records, compile and generating invoices & etc.
  • Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers
  • To handle an array of daily administrative duties and any ad-hoc task from time to time, which include letter writing (In Bahasa Malaysia and English), submission of applications and dealing with banks and government bodies.
  • To assist Human Resources and Accounting in day to day operational matters.
  • To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
  • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager/Management

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in a team
  • Willing to learn and responsible.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Full-time position available and Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
