To handle accounting records, compile and generating invoices & etc.
Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers
To handle an array of daily administrative duties and any ad-hoc task from time to time, which include letter writing (In Bahasa Malaysia and English), submission of applications and dealing with banks and government bodies.
To assist Human Resources and Accounting in day to day operational matters.
To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager/Management
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive working attitude and able to work in a team
Willing to learn and responsible.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Full-time position available and Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
