Job Description

  • Proactively making outbound calls to solicitate business for the company
  • Handle & resolve incoming calls
  • Perform required verification & qualifying customer
  • Ensure all channel of communications are used wisely in accordance to company’s SOP

REQUIREMENTS

  • Those with solid call center background will be considered first
  • Good language proficiency on English & Bahasa Melayu (Required) & Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Customer orientated with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong & proven problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle stress as sales related
