POSITION - CONVEYANCING CLERK
LOCATION - SEKSYEN 7, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 1500
5 WORKING DAYS ONLY
Requirement : (a) Min. 2 years’ experience;
(b) Ability to converse English
(c) Computer Literacy, MS Office.
Responsibilities : (a) liaise with clients and bank officers;
(b) prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation;
(c) prepare advise for release of loan;
(d) oversee files until completion of the transaction.
Working hours : Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
