Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Review service request and handle daily technical operation (network/endpoint security) support to
customers within given SLA.
* Provide system maintenance and test patches/fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning
* Analyze customer’s network configurations.
* Assist with network inventory tracking.
* Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report(s).
* Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable.
* Candidate will be based at client’s site.
