1. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
2. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
3. Perform daily follow up jobs.
4. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation/ filling system.
5. Arrange logistics for export and import of goods when necessary.
6. Maintain office filling and storage systems.
7. Would require language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, and both Mandarin and English speaking (candidates to communicate with the China and American market).
