Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
  • Required Skill: MS Office
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Cantonese/Mandarin (simplify and traditional) will be an added advantages
  • 20 Internship position for duration of 3 or 6 month(s)

Responsibility

  • Answer Customer with FAQ, Improve FAQ List
  • Provide guidance how to use the Platform
  • Brainstorming on improving the usability and user experience of the platform
  • Improve and suggest enhancement based on the complaints and issue by user
  • Raising all the technical issues to the IT
  • Liaising with the users about their user experience and improve the platform
  • Customer Retention
  • Achieve 100% satisfaction of customer
