POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS
LOCATION - BAYU TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 4000
5 WORKING DAYS
• Prepare full sets of commercial documentation (such as BL, Shipping Certificate, invoice, packing list, etc.), arrange collection for OBL & Shipping Cert;
• Co-ordinate with shipping line/agent
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements;
• Prepare and compile monthly shipment reports if required
• Prepare bank document (such as invoice, packing list, COA, COO, Insurance, Application for Collection, Bank Draft etc)
• Prepare of third-party documents (such as Form D,PCOO & Chamber COO)
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with CSR
• Uploading email documents
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures;
• Ensure the department complies with Company’s KPIs;
• Update system on a regular basis - for every shipment;
• Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties;
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent or any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of LCs, BL and shipping procedures.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed.
• Training will be provided
• Have positive working attitude
