- Diploma in Hotel Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in Front office / Housekeeping unit with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Previous experience in managing or supervising a team of staff is required
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Knowledge of WINHMS system capabilities and specifications is preferred
- Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent Customer Service Skill
