To establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support and monthly report summary.
Meeting up with customers for the provision of engineering solutions & services and training that in accordance to the customers’ requirement and product specification with the objective to promote for MayAir Brand.
Responsible to handle customer enquiries and handle customer request for quotations and orders with technical drawing.
Attend to customers' meeting and involve in discussion, proposal as well as presentation as and when it is required according to customers' requests.
Ensure effective correspondence and accurate communication of technical information between customers and production team.
Assist in collecting, analysing, summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends that are relating to market intelligence studies.
Generate and present sales report to manager.
Prepare and compile technical documents/brochure and product information for customers.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Candidates with Engineering background or Business Studies will be added advantage.
Preferable candidate with 1 -2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft, Auto-CAD or equivalent.
Independent, hardworking and with self-initiative.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel locally and outstation.
Candidate who is possesses own transport is preferred.
Candidate with short notice period/ able to join immediately are welcome.
