Job Description

Responsibility

  • Manage office administration of Project Management Team
  • Control of documents circulation and keeping proper record of correspondences and drawings
  • Manage all projects’ calendars and appointments
  • Assist to coordinate and liaise with project consultants, contractors and related parties
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings

Requirement:

  • Able to handle administrative duties, good at organizing & document control
  • Able to use Microsoft Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint/project for reports preparation and presentation
  • At least 2 Year (s) of working experience.
