- To do content writing for social media, internal and external newsletters and articles
- To assist in coming up with ideas to promote the company’s brand – external and internal campaigns.
- To create/develop marketing materials such as articles, blog posts, newsletters internally (for staff) and external (for customers) and videos in creative ways.
- To communicate with press, magazines, newspapers and any other related companies to come out with creative materials.
- To update on social media – facebook and company website.
- To respond to comments and enquiries from customers and followers on social media and relevant websites.
- To achieve a positive media coverage through all available sources.
- To maintain a good relationship with customers/partners.
- To assist in company’s official events.
- To perform other tasks as instructed by the Management.
- Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Writing, Journalism or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (excellent grasp of English Language).
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Familiar with keyword placement and SEO.
- Have at least 2 years of experiences in content writing and creating marketing materials.
- Able to come out with creative ideas, writings, materials and designs.
- Possess good communication, public relation, presentation, time management, planning and result-driven skills.
