We are a travel group of companies in KL and would like to look for the Cruise Operation & Sales Support.
- To handle cruise operations from end to end processes including liaison with suppliers on reservations and payment.
- To manage sales support function including sales inquiries and quotation, product and promotion update, reservation, billing and collection.
- To manage group booking and inventories.
- To support during cruise event and travel fairs.
- To prepare product itinerary.
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Diploma/ Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry or cruise operations will be an added advantage.
- PC literate
- Knowledge in airline reservation system is an added advantage.
- Well verse in Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English are essential.
- English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
