Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Attend to customer's inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate of shipment arrangement
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide administrative sales support, including preparation of quotation, sales order and invoices
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with the customer by providing support and information through meeting or via email/telephone
  • Handle task and assignment as delegated by supervisor/HOD
  • TRAVELING WILL BE REQUIRED

WHO WE WANTS?

  • Degree / Diploma or qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, independent & analytical
  • Strong sense of ethics and morals.
  • Strong sense of integrity and honesty
  • Strong leadership & managerial skills
