Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Required skill(s): Strong Communication Skill
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work in a shift 24/7
  • MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 10TH FEBRUARY 2020

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Respond to all customers' inquiries, complaints and supports via phone
  • Build rapport with customers and long term loyalty
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and uncover customers' needs
  • Understand customer peculiarities
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration within team and department
  • Patiently listen to customer's inquiry or problems.
  • Deliver polite and accurate response to customers on timely manner.
  • Foster and build relationship with customer.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set.
