Technical Admin (Project) - Contract Basis
Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) i.e. project reports, incident reports etc.
Attend site/tender meetings, record and prepare meeting minutes
Prepare draft tax invoice, draft PO and draft RFP in Documal System
Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP), compile As-built drawing and handover documents
Responsible to fill up ISO forms and prepare ISO documents
Coordinates and facilitate all works with relevant parties on reports or other necessary documents required and ensure timely submission for Management review. This includes monthly distribution board checklist; safety inspection checklist; quotation master list; inventory material list; monthly IBHQ progress report etc.
Assist to prepare execution work plan check sheet
Assist to compile documents and keep track of all project related paperwork
Tabulate and compile cost, specifications etc. for cost comparison and selection
Assist to prepare and compile documents for tender submission
Assist in other administration functions i.e. record and control site keys access to project site office; control and issuance of site pass etc.
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project management
Required skills: Ms. Office, AutoCAD
Good team player and good interpersonal skills
Able to travel within branches and project sites at times when required
