THE MAIN ROLE:
As F&B Coordinator , you will be leading the team to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience to our customers. You will develop your team to achieve restaurant targets and results. At the same time, you will maintain strong focus on profitability and uphold the highest standards concerning the quality and integrity of our food & services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and direct daily operations.
- Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team members in delivering the good experience to our customers.
- Ensure continued compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality, service and cleanliness) by everyone in the outlet team.
- Plan and manage local store marketing activities and to implement storewide marketing campaign.
- Increase outlet performance through sales building, expenditure evaluation and effective cost control measurement.
- Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of the team members.
- Complete and review daily / weekly / monthly reporting timely.
- Implement effective administration, stock control measurement, security and safety measurement.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
- Have a genuine passion for food, people and standards.

- Show strong attention to detail.
- Have strong leadership skills and effective time management ability.
- Is proactive, resourceful and result oriented.

- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
