  • Degree in a related field
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description:                       

  • Assist graduands in endorsement of certificates at Ministries and related Embassies
  • Organise activities for international students for assimilation to local culture
  • Provide services and consultation to international students
  • Set up buddy system for international students to familiarise themselves with local and university life
  • Assist and enhance process of airport pick up and immigration clearance with related departments
  • Assist in students’ accommodation search and welfare of newly arrived students
  • Any other duties as assigned by the University from time to time
