- Preparing a daily report for in/out of prime mover and updates to General Manager.
- Handling and manage the whole process of outsourcing repairing.
- Assisting on updating work order if Admin Assistant (Work Order) on leave.
- Communicate with Storekeeper and mechanic regarding the correct requesting of spare parts in MRC.
- Coordinate with a mechanic on the maintenance and repairing process.
- Assisting on the general administration task such as updating staff daily attendance and sickness record in the group, MRC, and etc for record-keeping.
- Assisting Supervisor on monitoring maintenance & repairing work in the workshop.
- Assisting on arranging transportation to collect spare parts with the supplier or sending spare parts Samalaju.
- Updating and follow up with Storekeeper/Purchasing on the pending urgent parts.
- To assist supervise & coordinate with the added value of multi-tasking to ensure maintenance & repairing every equipment not pending too long in the workshop.
- To ensure doing things right at all times with no repetitive work to improve productivity.
- Monitor maintenance, repairing, and refurbishment of prime mover closely for PUSPAKOM test.
- Monitor cleanliness and structure of the workshop on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures in the course of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
