Job Description

RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls
  2. Deliver incoming calls message to respective person in charge
  3. Data Entry
  4. Assist interview candidates on forms that needs to be filled in as well as informing the interviewer
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  6. Assist on administrative support duties (In-charge of stationeries & maintenance)
  7. Support recruitment team with day-to-day event coordination including the planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of events activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 years’ experience in the related field.

* Candidate must possess at least a SPM.

* Language - English, Chinese, Malay

* Computer literate with knowledge of Excel & Words (added advantage)

* Possessed good communication skills with pleasant personality, sense of responsibility

Working Location: Ara Damansara (Oasis Square)

Salary: RM1,800-RM2,000

Working Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (Monday – Friday)

Age: 20 years old and above

Working Type: Permanent Position
