Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable team.
  • Handle overseas customer's account (Singapore)
  • Process daily posting of payment/receipt of invoices, billing & journal voucher.
  • Update bank reconciliations, checking invoices, issue credit note, debit note, checking petty cash claim.
  • Ensure the inter-company transactions are accurate & tally.
  • Candidates with experiences in handling full sets of accounts are advantage for this positions.
  • Maintaining proper filing and keeping system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English
  • At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to work at Taman Perindutrian Nusa Cemerlang, Gelang Patah, Johor.
