- Collaborate with respective managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs for IT/Non-technical positions.
- Source and identify potential candidates according to the relevant skill sets as per requirement.
- Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and referrals.
- Draft and post the best job advertisements to attract candidates.
- Conduct reference/background checks for suitable candidates and present shortlisted candidates to the respective manager(s) for proposal.
- Build and maintain good rapport with the hiring managers to identify gaps for improvement.
- Preferably candidate with good experience in recruitment but not compulsory.
- Solid written communication and rapport building ability.
- Experience with a range of sourcing techniques from traditional to non-traditional methods.
- Managing candidate and solid understanding of IT concepts.
- Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals.
- Head hunting, references, social media recruiting and internal database.
- Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end recruitment.
- Personal traits: Good communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
