Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
  • Required Skill: MS Office
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, an advantage if Cantonese speaking
  • Good in writing English, simplify and traditional Chinese 
  • 10 Internship position for duration of 3 or 6 month(s)

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Customer with FAQ, Improve FAQ List
  2. Provide guidance how to use the Platform
  3. Brainstorming on improving the usability and user experience of the platform
  4. Improve and suggest enhancement based on the complaints and issue by user
  5. Raising all the technical issues to the IT
  6. Liaising with the users about their user experience and improve the platform
  7. Customer Retention
  8. Achieve 100% satisfaction of customer

Marketing Scope

  • Promote our platform through FB, instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other social media apps in the country he/she is assigned to, this includes 
  • Users traction and traffic of the platform
  • SEO improvement such as backlink, forum , blogger
  • increase conversion rates 
  • Content on the Website in your native language by editing or translating existing English blog
  • Participate on Events and campaigns to promote and grow of petbacker Community
  • EDM and contents for your country

 

Business Development and social contribution 

  • Partnership with SPCA to help them on adoption and rescue of animals 
  • Partnership with vet, pet cafe or other related platforms
  • Partnership with any Pet related website and product
  • Partnership with companies related to Pets boarding (such as travel agency, tour website )

 

Community Experience and Product Enhancement 

  • Improve Community FAQ
  • Brainstorming on product improvement and the usability of the APP and web (user experience of the platform)
  • Suggest Enhancement based on the complaints and issue by user and follow-up, testing the enhancement or change request
  • Raise all the technical issues by community user  to the IT for change request
  • Liaising with the users about their user experience and suggest improvement on the platform
